As you prepare to embark on this new journey, the admissions team is dedicated to providing you guidance, resources and a warm welcome, ensuring that every potential student feels valued and empowered to make the most of their educational experience at Academy for Nursing and Health Occupations.

To be admitted, complete the following application process:

  1. Must be 17 years of age or older
  2. Apply on line at www.ANHO.edu
  3. Pass Entrance Exam- schedule appointment at 561-683-1400
  4. Provide High School diploma or GED
  5. Provide Driver’s License or State ID
  6. Provide Proof of Residency/Citizenship
  7. Provide Social Security Card
  8. Provide all transcripts (only for A.D.N program)

*No fee for the application or entrance exam.

After completing the application and passing the entrance exam, you will be admitted into the corresponding program. ANHO does not have a wait list or follow a point system. Immediately following, your admissions counselor will arrange for you to meet with a Financial Aid Representative to complete the Financial Aid packaging.

Two letters of recommendation will be required. Letters must be from an authority figure, such as, a supervisor or clergyman. Letters from friends or family members will not be accepted.

Admission standards are published in the School catalogue for all programs offered. They will be applied consistently to all students admitted.

This school will not discriminate against any person on the basis of age, race, color, gender, creed, national origin, political or religious belief, or handicap. Students who are handicapped may be accepted into the program provided that patient safety is not jeopardized.
